An exploration of contrast, intuition, and creative evolution, this project began with the idea of placing an Olympic pool in the desert, an image driven by irony and visual tension. However, as the process unfolded, the concept shifted toward its opposite: a pool immersed in the vastness of the ocean. This transition unlocked a stronger connection between architecture and context, allowing the project to fully come to life. Inspired by the fluid motion of swimmers and subtle references to marine elements, the design embraces light, form, and atmosphere as narrative tools. Developed through an intuitive, trial-and-error process and supported by strong visual references, the project ultimately expands beyond a static image into an animation, blending architecture, music, and AI to tell a story about resilience, achievement, and the act of overcoming.

989 Sixth Avenue (also known as 100 West 37th Street) is a mixed-use skyscraper in Manhattan’s Garment District. Developed by Sioni Group with architecture by C3D Architecture (led by Damir Sehic), this striking 68‑ to 74‑story, 785 ft (239 m) glass tower features wedding-tiered podium levels, commercial space at its base, and approximately 300+ condo units above . Construction kicked off in late 2023, reached the halfway mark by early 2025, and is expected to top out in summer 2025, with full completion anticipated in 2026

Designed around a “recharge” concept, the project emphasizes biophilic architecture with curved forms, lush greenery, and eco-friendly materials to create a tranquil urban sanctuary.

House of Well is a wellness-focused residential project by Well Concept Developers, set in the heart of Dubai Islands. Designed as a luxury clubhouse-style retreat, it blends modern living with biophilic design, meditation gardens, spa zones, and communal spaces that nurture body and mind. Located just steps from the sea, it offers a peaceful island lifestyle with access to vibrant city amenities. The project is set for completion in early 2027.
